Three steps

How it works

1

Describe what you offer

In your own words, in your own language. Add countries, CPV codes or notice types if you like. TenderCatcher immediately shows you what your campaign would have found in the last 30 days.

2

Receive matching tenders

By email — weekly, daily or within minutes, depending on your plan. Each match shows the translated title next to the original, the country, the platform and the deadline.

3

Go straight to the source

Every match links to the notice on the platform that published it — where you find the documents, ask questions and submit your bid.

Straight from the official platforms

TED covers the contracts above the EU thresholds. The national portals carry the far larger number below them — and that is where most opportunities for specialist suppliers are. TenderCatcher reads both, directly from the publishing platforms.

What you can rely on

Official sources only

We take notices directly from the publishing platforms through their official interfaces and open data — never from third-party aggregators.

The original is always there

Translations are machine-made and labelled as such. The original text is shown right next to them, and deadlines and values are never translated.

A direct line to the procedure

Documents, clarification questions and bids stay where they belong: on the platform of the contracting authority, one click away.

Hosted in Switzerland

TenderCatcher and its AI models run in data centres in Switzerland. No advertising trackers, no reselling of data.

Frequently asked questions

Why not just use TED?

TED only publishes contracts above the EU thresholds. Most contracts — and for specialist suppliers most opportunities — sit below them and appear only on national platforms such as simap, TenderNed or e-Zamówienia. TenderCatcher covers both and translates them for you.

How good is the translation?

Titles and descriptions are translated by AI models, labelled as machine translation, and always shown next to the original. Deadlines and values are carried over as dates and numbers, never translated.

Do you provide the tender documents?

The documents stay on the platform that published the tender — often behind a login and always under its own terms. Every match links there directly.

Which countries are covered?

All EU and EEA countries through TED, plus the national portals of Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, Poland, Latvia, Estonia and Ukraine. The sources page lists every platform.

Which languages?

The app is available in English and German, and notices are translated into both. You choose a primary and a secondary language for your account.

How quickly do new tenders reach me?

We collect new notices continuously — TED every 30 minutes, the national portals once or twice a day. On Pro and Team you are notified within minutes of a match; otherwise by daily or weekly email.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes — one campaign, up to three countries and a weekly email, with no time limit and no credit card. You can switch to a paid plan whenever you need more.

Who can use TenderCatcher?

TenderCatcher is a service for businesses and organisations. Prices exclude VAT: Swiss customers are charged Swiss VAT, customers elsewhere are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure.
